Subject to ongoing appellate proceedings, RKO has played a key role in managing claimant engagement in Kenya, gathering witness evidence, providing interpretation and translation services, and coordinating litigation support alongside legal teams in the United Kingdom and internationally.

We were previously involved in one of the largest group action litigations ever to come out of Africa — the Kenyan Emergency Group Litigation (Mau Mau), issued at the High Court in London.
